Futura Retail Solution AG’s purchase of Medeas Software AG which was concluded today has resulted in one of the largest and most modern corporations in the field of merchandise management solutions for the fashion and lifestyle industry in Europe. The new, collective management team of Futura Retail Solution AG and Medeas Software AG will be running the expanded corporation with immediate effect. The headquarters in Horgen (Switzerland) and the office near Hamburg (Germany) will both continue to exist. The strategic acquisition will benefit customers through an expanded product portfolio and the collective expertise accumulated over nearly 30 years’ worth of experience in the industry. |
