The following packages are currently available:
German VAT increase 2006/2007: As of 01.01.2007, the VAT rate will be raised from 16% to 19%. This service solution comprises the necessary modifications in the Futura system. Any new parameters or modifications in the customizing of central tables will be configured in a systematic and professional manner.
Support Direct: Personal phone support for Key Users on application topics provided by Futura's service organisation.
Light Administration: Your Futura systems will be checked once a week by Futura's remote team, including documentation. Includes Remote Direct.
Full Administration: Your Futura systems will be checked every working day by Futura's remote team, including documentation. Includes Remote Direct.
Going-Live Administration: Daily online check of the customer's basic system during the going-live phase. This service starts one month before and ends two months after "going live".
Going-Live Key User Support: Support for key users in the introduction phase. Can be booked at short notice by the day.
Emergency Administration: Short-term remote administration of the IT system to compensate for manpower bottlenecks.
Temporary replacement: with flexible contract period.
Support Package Service: Online monitoring of release statuses and available improvements. The support packages and kernel patches will be imported into your IT system by prior arrangement with you.
