Do you place high value on simple, straightforward and fast service at calculable prices? Futura Fixed Services is a range of service packages for Futura systems tailored to the requirements of medium-sized companies. So that your IT runs smoothly.

Futura Fixed Services comprise clearly defined offers for the typical tasks in your IT. This means your Futura system is kept operational – at a fixed price. This will secure your investment in the long run.

The following packages are currently available:

German VAT increase 2006/2007: As of 01.01.2007, the VAT rate will be raised from 16% to 19%. This service solution comprises the necessary modifications in the Futura system. Any new parameters or modifications in the customizing of central tables will be configured in a systematic and professional manner.

Support Direct: Personal phone support for Key Users on application topics provided by Futura's service organisation.

Light Administration: Your Futura systems will be checked once a week by Futura's remote team, including documentation. Includes Remote Direct.

Full Administration: Your Futura systems will be checked every working day by Futura's remote team, including documentation. Includes Remote Direct.

Going-Live Administration: Daily online check of the customer's basic system during the going-live phase. This service starts one month before and ends two months after "going live".

Going-Live Key User Support: Support for key users in the introduction phase. Can be booked at short notice by the day.

Emergency Administration: Short-term remote administration of the IT system to compensate for manpower bottlenecks.

Temporary replacement: with flexible contract period.

Support Package Service: Online monitoring of release statuses and available improvements. The support packages and kernel patches will be imported into your IT system by prior arrangement with you.

Futura Fixed Services means personal support from fixed contact partners at a fixed price. This helps you to avoid load peaks, relieve administrators from one-off activities and compensate for manpower bottlenecks.

The ownership of the software remains yours

With the offered services for all questions around Futura you receive a timely and very professional support. By this the Availability, Stability and Performance of the system can be secured. By this model the support costs are transparent and manageable. The usage of this service can be flexible organized. Futura is an integrated retail management system for LifeStyle Retail. Futura serves all areas of a company through which an item passes. This starts with order planning, moves on to goods received, checking of supplier invoices, allocating the goods to the branches, PC POS or TouchPOS, customer order, replenishment, inter branch transfer, integrated financial accounting, statistical analyses and finishes with automated data exchange with the branches. Futura's modular and scalable design allows any type of organisational structure of a company to be mapped: branch system, department stores, franchising, retail concession management (shop in shop, store or concession). Key functions of the Futura system can flexibly be shifted from the head office to the branches. Various interfaces, e.g. to accounting systems, web shops, scanners, credit card terminals, etc. are available. The potential integration with typical ERP systems ensures absolute data transparency from the sales transaction at the POS, via the automatic replenishment up to assortment and production planning. Futura is rounded off by the integration of all EDI message types and ASP support.
