Workflow - Management
The workflow rules are rules for event-controlled activities on documents carried out if certain conditions are fulfilled (fully automatic process).
The implemented workflow elements afford the following benefits:

��� * Automatic allocation of documents to staff groups, based on rules.
��� * Automatic dispatching of e-mails controlled by defined data field contents.
��� * Rule-based calling of functions for further data processing (export, printing, etc.).
��� * Integration of user exists for further external processing.
��� * User guidance can be implemented in combination with the Task View display.
